My Grassroots Approach is simple. It starts and ends with listening to residents, the working families, business owners, renters, homeowners, newcomers and anyone who feels as if things have been slipping away.

THE GOAL
No Big-City agenda, just practical Grassroots solutions built from the ground up by the people who live here everyday.
If I am to have the HONOR of being elected as a Councilor for Ward # 2, I will be 1 vote at a table of 7. But I wish to act at that table as a voice of many!
Let's protect and strengthen our rural way of life by keeping taxes as low as possible while delivering core services that matter most; reliable road maintenance, responsive Volunteer Fire and Emergency Services, Infrastructure and Bridges that will stand up to our needs. Welcoming New Growth to the area, and tackling Housing by supporting practical, locally appropriate options that allow young families to come and seniors to stay in the community, while maintaining an equal balance between population and our pristine environment.
I will push to prioritize Public Safety and the Well Being of residents with supporting Local Mental Health and Addiction Services that reach our areas and also push to improve cell service and internet services to bridge the digital divide, support new economic opportunities and keep families connected.
Safeguarding our lakes, forests, and natural heritage by addressing invasive species, protecting water quality through responsible septic management, and carefully reviewing large-scale industrial proposals like a BESS project that if not done correctly threaten our environment and rural character. New businesses, existing businesses and entrepreneurs as well as tourism can thrive if we collectively find ways to cut the "Red Tape", reduce unnecessary bureaucracy, and promote 4-season recreations.
This campaign is about empowering North Frontenac residents to shape their own future, restoring trust in local government, preserving what makes our township special, and delivering real results on the issues that affect daily life......from snow plowed roads and affordable living to a strong community bond where seniors can age in place for as long as possible, and young people see a future here.
Together, from grassroots up, we can keep North Frontenac a resilient, affordable, safe, and vibrant home for generations to come.
